How to request a quote
Start by telling us what you need. Are you renting standard porta potties for a construction crew, setting up event restroom rentals for a wedding or festival, or do you need septic pumping service? The more specific you are, the faster we move. Include your project start date, how long you'll need the equipment, the number of workers or guests, and the site address in Redmond so we can confirm access and delivery routes.
Our quote form asks for the basics: unit type, quantity, rental duration (day, weekend, week or month), and delivery location. If you're unsure about your exact count, mention that too. For construction crews, we reference OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), which requires 1 toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer; 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up; and 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more. We'll help you right-size your order. Upload a photo of your site if it helps, or just describe the terrain and any obstacles we should know about before delivery.
Pricing and rental options
Once we see what you need, we'll quote you on the unit type and duration. A standard porta potty rental runs $100 to $350 per day depending on quantity, location and season. Weekly rates are lower than daily; monthly rates lower still. Delivery fees range from $50 to $150 per week, and a service fee of $30 to $220 per week covers our regular cleaning stops. If you need something upscale, deluxe flushable porta potties and ADA accessible units cost more but give your crew or guests a cleaner experience. Roll-off dumpsters start at $426 per week for construction debris and demolition waste.
For sites where water access is tight or required by law, we rent handwashing stations. Under 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), washing facilities must include soap and towels or a hand drying device. Hand sanitizer alone doesn't meet the standard. Restroom trailers start at $150 per week and are popular for longer projects and events because they feel more like real bathrooms. Storage containers rent for $100 to $250 per month. Temporary fencing runs $30 to $75 per day and keeps the site secure while work is underway.

Next steps after your quote
We'll email your quote within one business day of receiving your request. It breaks down the unit cost, delivery, service calls and any add-ons you asked about. If you want to lock in the dates, reply with a yes and we'll confirm your reservation. Need changes? Let us know and we'll adjust. If you're covering multiple towns, say, Union Hill-Novelty Hill 9.9 miles southeast or Woodinville 18.6 miles south, we'll still serve you, though delivery fees may shift.
Payment is due before delivery. We accept credit card, ACH and check. Pick a start date and we'll schedule your drop-off within 24 hours of your rental date. On-site setup takes 15 to 30 minutes for standard units and longer for trailers. We handle placement; just point us to the spot. If your project timeline changes, call us and we'll adjust your end date or cancel without penalty if you're more than 7 days out.
What if I don't know how many units I need?
Tell us your crew size or guest count and what type of event or work it is. We'll use industry standards and OSHA rules to recommend the right number.
Do you deliver in Redmond and nearby areas?
Yes. We serve Redmond and surrounding towns. Longer distances may add to your delivery fee, but we'll quote that upfront.
Can I change my rental dates after I book?
Call us as soon as you know. If you have more than a week's notice, we can shift your dates with no penalty. Short notice may carry a small rescheduling fee.
What's included in a weekly service fee?
One cleaning and pump-out per week, restocking of toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and minor repairs. Damage beyond normal wear is billed separately.
Do you rent to residential homeowners?
Yes. Home renovation porta potties are common for remodels and construction projects on residential properties in Redmond.
